Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Parts Associate manages and processes parts requests from stores and technicians using systems like Salesforce and Latitude. Responsibilities include verifying part numbers, ensuring accurate fulfillment, and addressing concerns through effective communication. Additional duties involve handling emails, completing transfer paperwork, meeting KPI goals, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Flexibility for cross-training and other tasks is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
  • Locate and print our parts requests from stores and technicians.
  • Utilize operating systems affiliated with RK TAC operations such as Salesforce, Latitude, etc.
  • Email concerning parts requests, availability, and transfer information.
  • Research part numbers using TAC computer systems to ensure the correct parts are being sent.
  • Communicate with store associates and technicians to resolve/handle concerns.
  • Complete and file all transfer paperwork daily.
  • Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • May be required to cross-train and perform other duties

Qualifications
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
