They are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to drive the success of both digital marketing campaigns and healthcare lead generation programs. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting marketing data, providing actionable insights, and shaping strategic marketing plans. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and IT, to ensure that all programs are supported with robust measurement strategies that align with overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developand execute comprehensive measurement strategies for integrated commercialprograms, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing objectives ofthe WATCHMAN franchise while establishing goals for leads, revenue, andROI.
- Evaluatethe effectiveness of key marketing initiatives and campaigns, distillingessential insights to enhance future activations and lead generationprograms.
- Collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams to communicate findings andrecommendations effectively, acting as a subject matter expert inmarketing program analytics and audience insights.
- Proactivelymonitor key performance metrics and generate detailed daily, monthly, andquarterly reports to assess the impact of various marketing efforts, whileproviding actionable recommendations.
- Combinemultiple data sources, including digital marketing channels (email,search, social media, websites), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) andthird-party data (e.g., claims data) to develop reporting, dashboards, andanalysis.
- Partnerwith IT and external agencies to ensure accurate tagging and tracking ofall digital marketing programs, ensuring robust measurement and dataintegrity.
- Staycurrent with the latest trends in marketing analytics, digital marketing,and healthcare lead generation best practices.
- Ensurecompliance with data privacy standards and maintain adherence toprivacy-first principles in all analytics practices.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or arelated field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyticalrole within Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Alternatively, 10 ormore years of experience in an analytical role may be considered in lieuof a degree.
- Experiencesynthesizing data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders acrossvarying levels of technical expertise.
- Strongproficiency in SQL for querying data, combining and transformation datafor reporting and analysis.
- Proficiencywith tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel,Snowflake, Google BigQuery or equivalent platforms.
- Experiencewith web analytics, and marketing pixel implementation strategies.
- Knowledgeof digital business operations and understanding of key KPIs such asloyalty, retention, and digital campaign performance metrics.
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision, whilemaintaining attention to detail and process adherence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiencyin Python and/or R
- Experiencewith advanced marketing analytics use cases such as lead scoring,attribution modeling, media mix modeling, customer lifetime value, andcustomer journey analysis.
- Experiencemeasuring and optimizing lead generation and lead nurturing programs.
- Experiencein the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Familiaritywith healthcare marketing and experience working with healthcare-specificdata (e.g., claims, real-world evidence, or EHR data).
