Job description

This position requires fluency in English and Spanish.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Tracking Representatives. You will be operating in a fast-paced environment with a culture that rewards hardworking individuals. Tracking Representatives will communicate with and track carriers on a daily basis utilizing our tracking technology and phone calls to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Robust communication and decision-making skills
  • Organizational skills with exceptional time management
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish

Responsibilities
  • Early shift
  • Communicate with various departments within Neon
  • Track carriers and provide location-based updates
  • Communicate with dispatchers to determine transit status
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Understanding freight market conditions
