Job description

Field Marketing Representative

Greater Birmingham, AL  |  Base Hourly + Commission  |  Full-Time

We train you, we take care of you, and we reward you — join a team where your voice opens doors and your effort builds your income.

About Us

Bumble Roofing of Birmingham is a locally owned, values-driven roofing company committed to being the most trusted name in the Greater Birmingham community. We take care of our customers — and we take care of our people. We're growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

The Role

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the friendly face of Bumble Roofing of Birmingham in residential neighborhoods across Greater Birmingham. Your job is simple — knock on doors, start genuine conversations with homeowners, and schedule free roofing inspection appointments for our team. No selling, no closing — just connecting with people and booking appointments.

We will train you on everything you need to know. If you can talk to people, we can teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

•       Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods and introduce Bumble Roofing of Birmingham to homeowners.

•       Have friendly, no-pressure conversations about the value of a free roofing inspection.

•       Schedule confirmed appointments between interested homeowners and our inspection team.

•       Track your daily activity and report results to your supervisor.

•       Represent our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

What We're Looking For

•       A people person — warm, confident, and genuinely enjoys talking to others.

•       Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.

•       Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

•       Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.

•       Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

•       No experience or education required — we will train you from day one.

Compensation & Benefit

•       Base hourly pay (see Indeed listing for current range) plus generous commission per qualified appointment and per roof sold.

•       Mileage reimbursement for approved field travel at the current IRS standard rate.

•       Unlimited earning potential — your effort directly drives your income.

•       Flexible schedule within Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM operating hours.

Why Bumble Roofing of Birmingham

•       We exist to take care of our team — you matter here.

•       Amazing, supportive work environment built on trust and respect.

•       No experience necessary — we invest in training you our way.

•       Be part of a fast-growing, family-owned local company making a real impact in Birmingham.

•       Grow with us — early team members have the most opportunity.

Bumble Roofing of Birmingham is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
