Job description

Vestavia Hills High School Track & Field is seeking passionate and dependable coaches to join one of Alabama’s premier high school track & field programs.


We are currently looking for coaches with experience or interest in:

  • Sprints
  • Pole Vault
  • High Jump
  • Strength & Conditioning

These are paid contract positions with compensation based on experience, expertise, and availability.


Schedule

  • Primarily afternoons (approximately 3:00–5:00 PM)
  • August through early May
  • Some weekend meet availability required during indoor and outdoor season


Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Value athlete development and positive culture

  • Communicate well with athletes and staff
  • Have experience in track & field, strength & conditioning, collegiate athletics, or club coaching
