Job description

As an Accounting Consultant at CCT, you’ll work with real financial data and collaborate closely with client finance teams — including controllers and auditors — as they adopt new systems and processes. You’ll help ensure our software accurately reflects each client’s accounting practices while supporting daily workflows, reconciliations, and reporting.

With training from experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment where accuracy is essential and change is constant. This role is a great fit for students who enjoy accounting, think critically, and are comfortable adapting while helping businesses run more efficiently.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our clients’ Revenue Audit Department during software installation to correctly configure our software to their unique needs.
  • Enable our clients’ utilization of the software to perform and improve cage vault operations, count room procedures, payroll, and revenue audit departments’ daily tasks.
  • Configure our software to correctly model the clients’ chart of accounts.
  • Design necessary journal entries at the time of system cut over for system migration.
  • Develops and enables department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
  • Provide Support services to our clients in a post‑install period.
  • Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations.

  • Ability and willingness to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively formulate and communicate ideas.
  • Must have an analytical thought process to see the design needed for software configuration to match the clients’ needs.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis (during certain days on a client installation) as required.
  • Ability and willingness to work on multiple assignments/projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical writing skills Ability to create read and understand spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work as part of a project team structure
  • Ability to work on‑site at client locations throughout North America
  • Travel Expectations: ~ 50%
  • Ability to pass stringent background investigations required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
