As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations.
This is a highly impactful, global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide. You will play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), standardizing procedures, and implementing new operational solutions.
If you are passionate about TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and driving measurable business impact at scale, this role offers the opportunity to influence Facilities operations & maintenance across a leading semiconductor organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction.
  • Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness.
  • Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards.
  • Develop and standardize standard methodologies, maintenance methods, and SOP's.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
