Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to own marketing performance, analytics, and vendor accountability across all paid and owned channels. This role ensures that marketing spend is efficiently converted into customer acquisition and charging sessions by defining measurement frameworks, managing attribution, and holding partners accountable for results. The mission is to deliver clear, accurate performance insight and continuously improve marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end marketing performance tracking across all channels.
  • Define and maintain attribution models that connect marketing activity to charging sessions and utilization.
  • Manage performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) tied to CAC, conversion, and utilization metrics.
  • Oversee vendors, ensuring accountability to performance benchmarks and budget targets.
  • Manage marketing budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation efficiency.
  • Partner with Head of Growth to align marketing performance with network outcomes.
  • Build dashboards, analytics frameworks, and reporting processes for leadership visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Channel-level CAC
  • Conversion rates across channels
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Marketing spend efficiency (percentage of spend hitting targets)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience with attribution, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing agencies or performance vendors.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
