Job description

Job Summary:
The Toyota-Certified Service Technician at Bill Dube Ford Toyota in Dover, New Hampshire is a vital member of our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive services to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. As a Toyota-Certified Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced and innovative vehicles in the market. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Toyota vehicles
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to determine the root cause of vehicle malfunctions
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through Toyota factory training programs and other educational opportunities
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Requirements:
- Toyota-Certified Technician with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technology
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
