The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, working knowledge of office equipment, be detail oriented, and possess a commitment to providing exceptional service. Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Paychex, Financial Management, Contract Management, knowledge of the General Assistance Program and the Freedom of Information Act. This front-facing, customer service-based role will be one of the first to greet customers as they arrive, and one of the last they see before leaving. A warm personality, helpful attitude, and friendly demeanor are all qualities we're seeking. This role is essential in ensuring the Town functions run smoothly and effectively. ***Some overtime and after hour meetings are MANDATORY*** Salary to be discussed during interview.
