APRN or PA (FT) - Paneled Family Medicine - Cheshire Medical Center - Keene, NH
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Family Medicine team in Keene, New Hampshire as a paneled provider.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients on your panel, and work in a collaborative, team-based environment. While under the general direction of the department chair, you will practice autonomously as well as collaborate productively with your physician and advanced practice provider colleagues. As this is a paneled position, candidates are required to have 2+ years of primary care provider experience, preferably managing a panel but any kind primary care provider experience in those two years is acceptable.
