  • Modern, well-maintained equipment and company-provided uniforms.
  • A supportive team environment where you're treated with respect.
  • Opportunities for additional hours when available.
  • Company-sponsored events throughout the year.
  • Advancement opportunities for those interested in growing with the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with Dispatch and the Towing Manager throughout your shift.
  • Utilize company-issued phones and dispatch software to receive and manage calls.
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Perform basic inspections and care of company equipment.
  • Represent Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing professionally in every interaction.

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
  • Ability to work weekends reliably.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems independently.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to safely operate company equipment and follow all safety procedures.
  • Desire to learn and grow—no previous towing experience is necessary.

Our Core Values:
  • Growth.
  • Accountability.
  • Integrity.
  • Transparency.

If you're looking for a rewarding weekend opportunity with a company that values its employees, invests in training, and treats people like family, we'd love to hear from you.
