About the Role:
Do you love helping people? If so, our Towing Dispatcher position is the perfect fit! As a Dispatcher, you are the critical link between customers in need and our tow drivers. You’ll assign drivers to calls, communicate with advocates, and ensure services are delivered promptly and efficiently. You’ll also assist drivers with routes, traffic issues, and weather-related concerns to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch tow trucks for disabled or damaged vehicles.
  • Communicate with advocates to collect information and coordinate vehicle pick-ups.
  • Answer incoming calls related to dispatch and advocate services.
  • Maintain contact with drivers and advocates to provide updates and assistance.
  • Confirm and document vehicle information accurately.
  • Manage multiple tasks under time constraints and busy call volumes.
  • Assist drivers with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge or experience in the towing/trucking industry.
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a busy call center environment.
