Banner Enterprise LLC is looking for Tower climbers.


  • Must have a clean driving record and can pass a drug test.
  • Must have the ability to climb towers an average of 300โ€™ and the ability to pick up items over 50 pounds. You must be18 years and older to apply. Banner Enterprise LLC is a growing company with over 20 years in the industry. We are family owned and operated.

Banner Enterprise offers after 90 days:

  • Heath, Dental and Vision Insurance that is paid 100% by the company.

  • Paid Vacation and sick time after the first year of employment
  • The company pays for all hotels including a set per diem, while out of town working.

The scope of work is, but not limited to:

  • Tower mods ranging from angle changing to guyed wire change out.
  • Tower stacks and decom.
