Their primary responsibilities include climbing towers to work on antennas, cables, and other wireless communication devices, ensuring optimal signal strength and safety compliance. Tower Techs play a crucial role in ensuring that cellular networks, radio, and other wireless communication systems function correctly. The job often involves working at significant heights, traveling to various sites, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Strong technical skills and physical fitness are essential for success in this role.
