Description:

The Outside Services Staff plays a critical role in providing an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. Team members are responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of the golf course, practice facilities, and golf carts while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for golf and hospitality.

  • Golf Course & Practice Facility Maintenance:
  • Maintain practice areas, including range ball retrieval and organization.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Cart Operations:
  • Clean and stage golf carts according to daily operational standards.
  • Refill and maintain supplies such as tees, scorecards, and ball washers.
  • Operate carts safely while observing club and course guidelines.
  • Member & Guest Interaction:
  • Greet members and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide guidance and answer questions related to the course and club facilities.
  • Tournament & Event Support:
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown for club events, tournaments, and outings.
  • Ensure all areas used for events are properly maintained during and after play.
  • Teamwork & Communication:
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff and management.
  • Communicate effectively regarding maintenance needs, operational issues, and member requests.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of golf etiquette and course maintenance preferred.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent member experiences.
  • Previous golf club or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
  • Able to sit, stand, twist, bend, push, pull, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis for periods of up to 10 hours a day
  • May be exposed to cleaning agents
