Job description

This role is responsible for assisting hotel guests with their luggage and for safely transporting guests to and from the designated locations. The primary objective of this role is to provide a comfortable and efficient transportation service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shuttle Operation:

    • Safely operate the hotel's shuttle vehicle, following all traffic rules and regulations.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
    • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle both inside and out.
  2. Guest Assistance:

    • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with luggage and boarding.
    • Provide information about the local area, tourist attractions, and hotel amenities.
    • Assist guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  3. Safety:

    • Ensure the safety of passengers by obeying all safety and traffic regulations.
    • Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, such as accidents or medical incidents.
    • Maintain a clean driving record and promptly report any accidents or incidents to the hotel management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:
