Responsibilities

Business development

  • Develop new business opportunities across all sales channels.
  • Stakeholder engagement with trade partners and tourism boards.
  • Engage in negotiation with clients
  • Accountable on achieving sales target in local market.
  • Collaborate closely with Head Office commercial team to develop and execute sales plan.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital strategies to drive qualified traffic to the direct channel, along with tracking and analysis to optimize performance.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels (social media, search engines, display ads, influencer marketing).
  • Plan and manage holistic marketing campaigns, focusing on digital channels such as SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and social media platform, in line with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies by providing directions and feedback.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and devise relevant campaigns in overseas markets with tourism boards and local partners to build brand awareness and consideration.
  • Ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all channels.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research and prepare regular reports.
  • Build robust market insights cadence and translate insights into actionable sales and marketing plans.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel industry, preferably in airlines or tourism boards.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing, and through-the line marketing campaigns.
