Job description

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. In this role, you will help craft and deliver training, certification, communications, and enablement content; facilitate partner development; and help partners build the skills needed to succeed in our program. You will work closely with Manager, Global Partner Experience & Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders to align enablement execution with broader partner strategy and drive measurable improvement in partners' skills and abilities, enabling revenue growth through Smartsheet's partner ecosystem.
You will report to the Manager, Global Partner Experience & Enablement in the US . This role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica. You must reside in Costa Rica.

  • Facilitate learning sessions covering a broad range of Smartsheet product, technical, sales, program, and enablement topics
  • Maintain high audience engagement during live and virtual events; develop comfort with multi-hour presentation formats
  • Facilitate partner learning throughout their entire lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and certification preparation; help guide partners through enablement journeys in the LMS and partner portal
  • Address partner enablement request tickets submitted by partners according to established SLAs and partner status
  • Monitor industry trends and partner feedback to recommend process improvements and emerging enablement practices that enhance program effectiveness
  • Deliver technical product and platform enablement content with credibility, staying current with Smartsheet product evolution and demonstrating deep understanding of functionality, use cases, and technical concepts to support both program and technical skill development for partners

Certification & Competency Assessment:
  • Maintain exam integrity and partner proficiency standards
  • Grade partners across Smartsheet sales and solution certifications
  • Track and report on partner certification and training metrics
  • Follow up with partners on certification results; identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or resources to bridge gaps and support certification achievement

Content Management & Partner Communications:
  • Craft, manage and maintain content in the partner portal to drive ongoing engagement and relevant information sharing to the partner ecosystem
  • Design & execute partner communications including coordinating delivery, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Maintain awareness of all partner communications and enablement to effectively answer partner questions and address concerns

Relationship Building & Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with Partner Account Managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure partner success
  • Provide input and feedback to the Manager, Global Partner Experience & Enablement on partner needs, gaps, and enablement opportunities based on direct partner interactions
  • Execute enablement initiatives aligned to regional partner strategy, business priorities, and partner-specific needs

Perform other duties as assigned
You Have
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical field such as training, customer success, technical support, or similar roles
  • Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B Software
  • Passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies and desire to deeply understand Smartsheet's benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth technology environment
