You've earned your CDL. Now put it to work somewhere worth driving.
At Timi's Tours, our Motorcoach Operators don't just move people from point A to point B, they're the reason guests come back. You'll travel to premier destinations across the country, represent a company that's genuinely proud of its team, and do it all behind the wheel of a modern, well-maintained coach.
We're a small, family-owned operation, and that means you're never just a driver number. Management knows your name, dispatch has your back, and when you need time at home, we work with you to make it happen.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll operate luxury motorcoaches on a wide variety of runs, including:
  • Airport transfers and corporate travel
  • Day tours and multi-day excursions

  • Weddings, private charters, and special events

Every trip is different. That variety is part of what makes this job worth doing.
The Equipment
We operate a modern, late-model fleet. Clean, safe, and well-maintained, every time. We take pride in what we put on the road, and we expect our operators to as well.
Schedule & Availability
Full-Time operators typically work 3-4 days per week, with the opportunity to pick up more when you want it.
Part-Time operators have the flexibility to accept or decline trips with no penalty, work when it fits your life.

  • Drive Your Level Up - our tiered driver rewards program (Emerald, Ruby, Diamond) recognizes tenure, performance, and commitment with increasing benefits and perks
  • A team culture that drivers consistently describe as family - not just a talking point, but something we work to earn every day

"I've been with the company for three years now and they are by far the best I've ever worked for, very blessed to be a part of the team!"
"Great place to work, treat you like family, great equipment to drive, work as much as you want with great trips to great destinations all over America. Great pay, insurance, Im sure there are other companies to work for, but this is a growing company and only getting better, thats why I would recommend working for this company."
