Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Cell Touch, the Nationโ€™s largest authorized Metro by T Mobile dealer, is looking to add to our growing, dynamic team. If you are interested to join team that can offer your valuable industry experience and growth opportunities, then this is the place.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have knowledge in finance and general accounting with a strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, customer service skills, and display strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks proficiency is a must. Experience with QuickBooks, specifically QuickBooks Online high preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares checks, payments and bank deposits
  • Reconciles cash credit card payments and bank statements
  • Assist with processing payroll and handling state and federal requests regarding payroll matters
  • Vendor Maintenance
  • Ability to handle special projects
  • Perform routine accounting duties, including accounts receivable and accounts payables.
  • Administers accounts payable administration
  • Prepares financial reports
  • Assist with human resources and benefits coordination

A background check is required for this position.

Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience of bookkeeping preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
