Job description

Touch Dynamic, a leading POS manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on AP while providing occasional support to general office operations.
What You’ll Do:
  • Process invoices accurately with proper coding and approvals.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor records (W-9s, payment terms).
  • Prepare and process payments (check, ACH, wire).
  • Verify purchase orders against invoices.
  • Assist with internal transfers and warranty-related POs.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Provide backup administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-5+ years of AP or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dependable, accountable, team-oriented.
  • ERP experience (Acumatica a plus).
