Our physical therapy practice is located in a state-of-the-art outpatient office in Dulles, Virginia. Here, you will work on-site with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging advanced rehabilitation methodologies and patient-centered approaches. We maintain a supportive clinic atmosphere where the emphasis is on innovation and continuous improvement. Weekly work hours total approximately 40 hours with some variability on weekends, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on patient-specific needs, continuously re-evaluating and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Consult with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
• Engage in clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment progress and discharge plans, ensuring informed decision-making throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives, promoting health awareness and physical therapy benefits.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Attend staff meetings and engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in physical therapy practices.

As a Physical Therapist at Honor Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from sports injuries. You will be responsible for tailoring treatments to individual needs while respecting the cultural and social backgrounds of our patients, ensuring they receive compassionate care that empowers them throughout their recovery process.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for interacting with team members and patients.
• Proficiency in computer systems and word processing is necessary to maintain documentation and participate in electronic record-keeping.

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally have at least two years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient settings. Experience with orthopedic patients or knowledge of contemporary rehabilitation techniques will be an advantage. Your ability to adapt to various patient needs and communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team will greatly enhance the patient experience and organizational success.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
