OrthoVirginia is the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia. We have specialists in physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot & ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care physicians, and physical and occupational therapy. We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hours clinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy.

This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity. As such, candidates should be prepared to participate in general orthopedic call.

Qualifications:

Strong background in Total Joint Surgery

Trained to care for general orthopedic conditions

Board Certification/Eligibility

MD or DO degree

Active/eligibility for Virginia state licensure

Total hip replacement

Total knee replacement

Partial knee replacement

Hip resurfacing

Revision joint surgery

Minimally invasive joint replacement

Robotic-assisted joint replacement

Joint preservation procedures

Management of periprosthetic fractures
