Full-Time | MondayFriday | Required shifts: 8:005:00, 8:305:30, or 9:006:00
Paid CDA Support: We pay for CDA training + credential costs for eligible team members

Education starts at birth. Were hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher who loves working with little ones and believes babies and toddlers thrive with warmth, structure, and intentional learning.

What Youll Do (Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher)

  • Lead an infant or toddler classroom with consistent routines and responsive care
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate learning (language, sensory, motor, social-emotional)
  • Follow safe sleep, sanitation, bottle handling, and active supervision standards
  • Provide clear daily updates to families (feeds, diapers, naps, notes)
  • Keep the classroom clean, organized, and prepared
  • Support and guide your co-teacher/assistant so the day runs smoothly
  • Track childrens needs and progress to support individualized care
