  • Lead the automation testing team to design develop and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Proven experience in leading onsite offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement automation testing strategies frameworks and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools Tosca Commander Test Case Design Tosca API Tosca TDM.
  • Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance.
  • Optimize automation scripts to enhance execution times and coverage.
  • Experience in building maintaining and optimizing automation frameworks using Tosca.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within an Agile environment.
  • Have strong Communication skills and good at working with multiple vendors and client stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in Travel and Hospitality Domain.
  • Expertise in Client Interaction and Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
