Job description

Torrance Companion Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Medical Director who is passionate about Veterinary Medicine & able to lead our amazing team into the future. We are prepared to offer you a flexible 3 to 4 days per week schedule. Our recently refreshed & spacious hospital, creates an environment that helps us provide high-quality medicine, with a focus on compassionate care, along with exceptional client service.

We are looking for a Full-Time Medical Director who enjoy building relationships with clients, practicing exceptional medicine & working together as a team. Associate Veterinarians are also encouraged to apply. We would love to have you join our team as well! FT/PT & Relief shifts are available.

Our compensation package includes:

  • Medical Director Base Salary $225,000 - $250,000
  • Generous Medical Director Sign-On, Retention & Relocation Bonuses up to $125,000 Available
  • Annual Medical Director Stipend $10K (Paid Bi-Weekly)
  • Associate Guaranteed Base Salary $160,000 - $180,000
  • Lucrative Quarterly Production Plan w/ No Deficit Carryover
  • Ample Paid Time off (3 weeks)
  • Annual CE allowance with additional CE PTO allotted
