About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Product Architecture to help shape the product vision and roadmap across Fanatics Collectibles’ trading card portfolio. This role is at the intersection of Strategy and Product Development and is part of a high-performing team – driving brand consistency, product optimization, and cross-functional alignment to deliver best-in-class trading card products and collector experiences. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented, analytical operator who knows how to use data-driven insights to lay the groundwork to build the best products across the Topps portfolio.

The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical capabilities with executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels. They bring deep knowledge of trading cards, consumer products, and collector engagement, paired with a passion for building the best-in-class products and experiences. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Architecture, within the Strategy team.

What you will be doing…
  • Overseeing the initial blueprint of Products across several Topps portfolios
  • Conducting Product Architecture meetings – validating the initial Product Build against brand standardization guidelines before handoff to the Product Development teams
  • Work closely with the Product Strategy, Creative, and Product Development teams to deliver the highest quality of product deliverables consistently across the portfolio
  • Be a champion of Brand standardization and consistency across a broad portfolio
  • Work with the Product Strategy team to analyze collector insights, market data, retailer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Help drive Quarterly Brand Reviews to review brand performance, collector insights, insert ecosystems, and innovation opportunities for the upcoming year
What you will bring…
  • 4-10 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Business Analytics, Management Consulting or Strategic Ops
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, BI), AI tools (Claud, Chat GPT, etc.) and comfort learning new internal technology tools.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across different teams, managing senior stakeholders across global organizations, and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Background in developing innovative physical products; trading card or collectibles experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Passion for trading cards, collectibles, and fan culture.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
