Job Summary:ย 


B&A is looking for a Product Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Product Manager defines product vision and priorities, ensuring PeopleSoft and related enterprise applications meet mission and stakeholder requirements.


Responsibilities:ย 

  • Develop and maintain product strategy, features, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into actionable features.
  • Prioritize backlog based on mission value, risk, and technical readiness.
  • Participate in PI planning and support Agile team execution.
  • Ensure features meet government acceptance criteria and security/compliance requirements.
  • Ensure 508 and Privacy Act compliance for applicable changes.

Education and Experience:ย 

  • ย Bachelor's degree in any field/major
    OR Three (3) additional years of IT experience without a degree.
  • Five (5) years as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Product Manager.

Required Skills:ย 

  • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable features
  • Skill in prioritizing backlogs based on mission value and risk
  • Experience supporting Agile/SAFe ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning)
  • Knowledge of federal security, compliance, 508, and Privacy Act requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:ย 

  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification.

Security Clearance

  • Must hold an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.ย
