We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 110-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Havertown, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Westgate Hills, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Westgate Hills, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting assessments

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients

  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

    Shifts Available:

  • 7:00am-3:00pm Part Time

  • 3:00pm-11:00pm Full Time and Part Time
