DIVISION SALES MANAGER - CTX


Role Objective

Maximize execution of chain programming, increase market share in (chain account) optional space, and build a competitive presence in the independent convenience channel through coaching/developing team members and strategic approach to goal attainment.
 

The ideal candidate is passionate about winning, motivated to build an accountable and high performing team, well-organized, with a deep understanding of sales and leadership processes.
 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Coach and develop team members for high performance in goal attainment and growth metrics
  • Ensure service and market share expectations are achieved and maintained with top retail customer partners.
  • Repair relationships with top risk accounts
  • Coordinates supplier partner activity and delivers on expectations
  • Drive accountability in all areas of influence
  • Uses office productivity software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) to communicate information, track, and process market data to make decisions that advance the company’s sales goals.
  • Develops and maintains an effective rapport with all customers, staff and coworkers.
