This position is structured to be predominantly remote, allowing therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving clients in our outpatient office setting when needed. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, preferences, and unique challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during therapy sessions.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their healing journey.
• Track and document client progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to enhance clinical practices.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigmas and ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate environment.

Your main focus will be on individuals dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. You will work alongside diverse groups of patients, from children to adults facing various life challenges, including trauma, homelessness, and domestic abuse. This role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and fostering resilience.

• Active and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit empathy and a nonjudgmental understanding of clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to handle your caseload effectively.

We prefer candidates with experience in mood disorder treatment and those with specialized training in evidence-based therapies. Familiarity with working in outpatient settings and a commitment to continuous education in mental health are also beneficial. Strong knowledge of community resources that can assist clients is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
