• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and establish care goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans that align with clients' objectives and diverse challenges.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients employing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for delivering virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Execute crisis intervention strategies as necessary to support clients during acute episodes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development efforts, including workshops and training, to enhance your skills and keep abreast of the latest industry standards and practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ergo Counseling Center, you will primarily engage with a wide range of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences, allowing you to broaden your therapeutic competencies while providing essential support and guidance.

• Possession of a current and valid license in one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic mindset with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective handling of caseload and documentation.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure boards.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy services is advantageous.
• Previous work in community health settings or clinics is a plus, contributing valuable insights into diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient management.
