This position is designed to be remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while engaging with clients through teletherapy platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and challenges effectively.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy using varied modalities, ensuring that clients receive personalized strategies for growth.
• Maintain ongoing evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment activities to uphold ethical standards and comply with organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health.

Your primary focus will be on clients grappling with mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and related emotional challenges. The diverse clientele at Top Point Mental and Counseling Center benefits from evidence-based therapeutic approaches designed to help them develop constructive coping strategies and achieve emotional stability.

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach when engaging with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a busy caseload.

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference may be given to those with prior experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and specialization in trauma-informed care techniques. Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally competent therapeutic approaches will be considered assets.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
