This position is situated in our outpatient office located in Tampa, offering a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients suffering from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in consultation with healthcare providers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each patient's care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, and patient education tailored to individual needs.
• Document all treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adapting plans as necessary to optimize patient recovery.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating effectively with physicians and rehabilitation assistants.
• Engage in community outreach efforts and quality improvement initiatives, promoting our services and enhancing our clinic's visibility.

Your primary focus will revolve around a diverse patient population experiencing various orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to athletes recovering from injuries, elderly patients requiring rehabilitation for mobility, and individuals undergoing post-operative therapy. You will work directly with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, using a culturally sensitive approach to care to accommodate their unique experiences and needs.

The ideal candidate should hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be required to document care plans and interact with patients and their families. Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems is also necessary.

While a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is a minimum requirement, candidates with additional experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or specialized certifications will be given preference. Prior experience in an outpatient setting is also advantageous, as it prepares you for the fast-paced environment of our clinic.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
