Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, identifying limitations and disabilities.
  • Developing customized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and evidence-based practices.
  • Implementing therapy techniques and interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Regularly evaluating progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Supervising and mentoring assigned support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatments and services provided.
  • Participating in community outreach programs and promotional activities that increase awareness of our services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Top Performance Rehab Services, our primary focus is on individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals recovering from joint replacements. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to guarantee readiness for emergency situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing documentation accuracy and patient tracking.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, relevant experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting will be advantageous.
