We are looking for a talented and driven Hospitalist Neurosurgeon to become part of our Grand Rapids team. This is a remarkable opportunity to make a significant difference while working in a mission-focused and highly supportive setting.

Opportunity Overview

  • Exceptional chance for a BE/BC Neurosurgeon to join a top-tier surgical team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
  • 7-on/7-off hospitalist neurosurgery role that ensures predictable scheduling and a healthy work-life balance.
  • Practice at a Level II Trauma Center equipped with advanced imaging technology, modern surgical facilities, and multidisciplinary neuro support.
  • Full-time, permanent position with a diverse cranial and spinal case mix and a solid referral network.
  • Engagement in academic activities with opportunities to mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a wide range of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures.
  • Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical consultations and follow-up care.
  • Analyze advanced imaging, including MRI, CT, and angiography.
  • Work closely with neurologists, neurointerventionalists, trauma teams, and other specialties.
  • Participate in trauma and spine call in accordance with the 7-on/7-off schedule.
  • Deliver patient-focused, high-quality, evidence-based surgical care.

Qualifications
