Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to fill our brand new Rancho Springs Memory Care Community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead our sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy, build relationships in the community, and create a positive experience for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
Sales or marketing experience (senior living is a plus, not required)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence in guiding conversations and closing
Organization and follow-through—you stay on top of details and documentation
A genuine interest in supporting seniors and their families
