Franchise Business Developers can receive promotions within 12 months to senior-level roles and earn director-level promotions within 18 months, leading and managing a team of 4 business developers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees
  • Cold call to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with
  • Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies
  • Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • 3 months of training, broken down into: 1 month of hands‑on boot‑camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts
  • 6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer
  • 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer
  • Promotion to Director within 1 year to 1½ year
  • Self‑motivated and driven
  • Outbound cold‑calling experience
  • Track record of over‑achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Have 2+ years of face‑to‑face & cold‑calling experience
  • Preferable high‑ticket sales experience with small business
