Position Overview

As a Licensed Home Inspector, you will perform residential home inspections in accordance with Florida state requirements and company standards, deliver same-day reports, and represent the Pillar To Post brand with professionalism at every inspection.

What We’re Looking For
  • Active Florida Home Inspector License (required)

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

  • Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional

  • Comfortable using technology (iPad-based reporting systems)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct residential home inspections and related services

  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients

  • Upload and deliver reports same day

  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and code of conduct

  • Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and vehicles in a professional manner

  • Work scheduled inspection slots, including at least one Saturday per month
