TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Inspection Coordinator in Miami, FL

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide administrative support for the department
  • Coordinate inspections between customers, 3rd party inspection companies, managers and mechanics
  • Customer follow ups and customer inquiries
  • Marketplace – request PO’s
  • Bill customers for inspections and coordination fees
  • Responsibilities to include coordination and scheduling of code requires inspections
Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • 4-yr. college degree preferred
  • Needs to be organized, reliable, work well in small team
  • Good phone/communication skills
