Job description

HOPEWELL HOME HEALTHCARE is a supplemental home health agency dedicated to setting a standard in our industry by providing patient centered quality advocates to all our clients. Our clients can look forward to having a top notch medical or allied staff that demonstrate a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.

We are looking for a Home Healthcare Coordinator with a great personality, strong listening skills, and the ability to multitask to manage daily calls with families, healthcare coordinators, and other staff.


Pay: starting pay rate $15 (negotiable)

NOTE: This position is located in the Dallas, TX and surrounding areas

Schedule: 8a – 3p (25-30 hours weekly)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all client activity utilizing HHA Exchange.
  • Follow up with all client issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client records in the HHA Exchange.
  • Follow up and communicate client and staff issues to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Conduct admissions and monthly visits to clients
  • Follow up social media applications
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours to enhance and/or increase quality care.
  • Answer new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter the information into HHA Exchange and work with team to communicate and prepare for the care of the client.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Other duties include:

Maintaining daily staffing schedules, able to work under pressure, communicating with employees and clients, recruiting new employees, accurately inputting client data, and managing multiple tasks. The Home Healthcare Coordinator will have to be prepared and have the experience of sitting with the client until their caregiver arrives in emergency cases. The Staffing Coordinator must be proficient in scheduling, knowledgeable of HIPAA and client confidentiality regulations.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
