The Main Shop Service Advisor is responsible for assisting our clients throughout the repair process and writing repair orders for our technicians. The ideal candidate would have great customer service and would have previous service writing experience.

Main Shop Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
  • Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

Schedule: We offer two different schedules! (Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday), 7AM - 5PM

Main Shop Service Advisor Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range: $6,000 to $15,000.00 a month

Main Shop Service Advisor Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous service writing
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Hyundai Advising is highly desired
  • Experience in CDK + Xtime is preferred
  • A desire to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
