Job Summary:
Pulse Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to support healthcare providers in clinic and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Room patients and obtain vital signs
  • Assist providers with exams and procedures
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (if applicable)
  • Administer injections and medications as directed
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Provide clear communication and translation support for patients
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Job Requirements
Job Description: Medical Assistant (Bilingual)
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of Neurology experience
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of MA experience (clinic preferred)
  • Phlebotomy and EMR experience a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
