Job description

Are you a skilled recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting people with the right opportunity? Direct Mail Solutions (DMS), a full-service mail company in Richmond, VA, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle recruiting and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of employment.
Salary:
$60,000-$80,000

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies. You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and onboarding new hires.

You'll be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates to ensure a strong fit. Once a candidate is selected, you'll extend the offer and guide them through the final steps of the hiring process.

You'll also maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conduct turnover analysis, and help support workforce retention by coordinating exit interviews when needed.

Representing DMS at job fairs and recruiting events will be part of your role, helping to expand our reach and attract top-tier talent.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or production-oriented environment a plus

  • Comfortable using social media and networking tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), internet searches, and email platforms

  • Detail-oriented with a team-first attitude

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
