Tools & Capabilities Project Manager

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Tools & Capabilities Project Manager for a contract position. The successful candidate will join a team of seven, supporting project managers and stakeholders in marketing and planning. This role involves managing large-scale transitions, implementing new capabilities, and working within nuanced workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to handle ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
  • Work within highly nuanced workflows and engage with leadership stakeholders.
  • Translate technical information for marketing teams and other non-technical groups.
  • Build solutions in Airtable to support marketing operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with a team that includes project managers, stakeholders, and marketing and planning professionals.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience is required, with a preference for experience leading platforms and capability workflows.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in building solutions in Airtable.
    • A strong understanding of marketing operations and processes.
    • General understanding of software and its application in a business context.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building an Airtable database from scratch.
  • A background in technology.
  • Familiarity with creative tooling such as Figma or Icon.
  • An understanding of the social and digital capability landscape.
  • Previous industry experience is beneficial.
