Are you looking for an opportunity to join a team of creative professionals? Chanhassen Dinner Theatre is looking for an addition to our Administration team to help with all things human resources. The Human Resources Generalist will help with many areas of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. They run the daily functions of the HR department, such as hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The Human Resources Generalist position is a full-time, permanent, exempt position. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner.


Schedule: Monday-Friday from 11:00PM-7:00PM, weekends events can be requested for special events.


Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
