In this role, you will serve as a key contributing team member bridging client needs with delivery excellence. You will bring analytical rigor and structured project thinking to complex engagements, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Embrace assigned roles and responsibilities across client projects with enthusiasm, working to meet and exceed expectations
  • Complete tasks as directed by project leadership, contributing to team delivery requirements
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
  • Work alongside Infinitive and client teams to deliver components meeting or exceeding quality standards
  • Identify problems clearly, articulate issues, and raise outlines of potential solutions to leadership
Business Analysis
  • Leverage data to understand the scope of client challenges, develop insights, and draft solutions alongside project leadership

  • Proactively identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement, working with the team to address them
  • Keep a keen ear open for client needs, pain points, and aspirations, surfacing findings to leadership

  • Support maintenance of client relationships, responding in a timely, professional, and helpful manner to build trusted partnerships
  • Understand the importance of discretion and develop communication skills that distinguish internal vs. external topics

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $65,000.00 - $124,00.00.
