Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as an Equipment Engineer, where you'll drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you'll be involved in hands-on process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities for the Equipment Engineering role include:

  • Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
  • Troubleshooting equipment to improve performance
  • Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
  • Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and other process documentation
  • Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications of the Equipment Engineering role include:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong hands-on skills with the ability to learn quickly in a practical environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software
  • Knowledge of automation systems is helpful
  • Good communication and computer skills
