Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tool & Die Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, GA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the tool and die department, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the tool and die team to meet production goals.
  • Ensure that all tools and dies are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool designs and processes.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of tools and dies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and team-building activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in tool and die making preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
