  • Extensive Tool & Die experience within automotive stamping
  • Previous leadership, Foreman, Lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of progressive, transfer, and line dies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Blueprint reading and manual machining experience
  • Someone who leads by example, communicates well, and takes pride in producing quality work

  • 1st Shift
  • Monday-Friday, 5:00am-3:30pm
  • Regular overtime (typically 10-16 hours per week)
  • Saturdays as production requires
Benefits
  • Direct Hire
  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Blue Care Network medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with a 75% company match on employee contributions up to 4%
  • Supplemental accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and life insurance

You should be proficient in:

  • Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
  • Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
  • Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
